Privacy policy
This policy explains how Pentara Property ("we") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use this website or contact us. We follow Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) and other applicable data protection laws.
1. Data controller
Pentara Property is the controller of personal data collected through this website. See section 12 for how to reach us.
2. Data we collect
Data you give us: such as your name, phone number, LINE account name and the messages you send when you ask about a property or arrange a viewing.
Data collected automatically: such as pages viewed, device and browser type, a shortened IP address, and what you type in the search box, used as aggregate statistics.
Cookies and similar technologies: as described in our Cookie policy.
We do not intend to collect sensitive data such as ethnicity, religion or health information. Please do not send it to us.
3. How we use it
To answer your questions, share property details, arrange viewings and carry out a sale or lease you ask for.
To run, improve and secure the website, including analysing how it is used overall.
To comply with the law and prevent unlawful or fraudulent use.
4. Legal bases
We rely on one of these bases: taking steps at your request before or to enter a contract, our legitimate interest in running and improving the service, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent (for example, analytics cookies).
Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. This does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share data, only as needed, with service providers who help us operate, such as hosting, database, analytics and messaging services. They must protect it to an appropriate standard.
We may disclose data when the law requires it, when ordered by a public authority, or to protect our rights and those of others.
6. International transfers
Some providers may store data on servers outside Thailand. When data is transferred, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place as required by law.
7. Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes described, or as required by law. After that, we delete it or make it no longer identifiable.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access. No system, however, is completely secure.
9. Your rights
Under applicable law you have the right to access and obtain a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent.
We will respond within the time required by law and may ask you to verify your identity first. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) or another competent authority.
10. Children
This website is not directed at people under 20, and we do not knowingly collect data about children.
11. Third-party sites and services
The site links to outside services such as LINE, maps and social media, which have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for how they handle data.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time; the version on this website is the current one. For questions or to exercise your rights, contact us by LINE or the phone number shown on the website.
